Letter from a Client

I just wanted to write you a quick note to let you know a bit of my progress since our consultation. My major change in diet intake and hydration has been most beneficial so far. I don't have nearly as many cravings for sugar as I did before, and if I do, I will just usually eat some fruits now. My energy level seems to be much better as well. I have lost 15 pounds!!! That sure feels great. I want to continue on that path.

I am also going full force with the nutritional supplements, you suggested. Currently, I am still working up to the recommended levels.

Thank you on the help and expertise! I will be scheduling another consultation with you in near future.

Take care!

Leslie M.

Client's comment:

I’ve been consulting with Mary Ann Spair at PNE since 2005. I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in ’04 and in ’07 with Type 2 Diabetes. I have followed her protocols to the letter. I am no longer in congestive heart failure. My ejection fraction has gone from 18 to over 40! My HbA1C and blood sugar levels have stabilized. The improvements have been so dramatic that I’ve gone from 12 prescriptions to 6 and counting. I’m looking forward to even greater improvements.

Note from Client:

Dr. Adame........

I just wanted to write and say thanks to the RxClub America Health Care network for all the help you and your advisors gave me recently. As you know, I have been diagnosed with a HYPER-thyroid. As you might expect, my endocrinologist wanted to treat the condition with radioactive iodine, which kills the thyroid. I would have been on thyroid medication the rest of my life. Before even speaking with you, I advised the doctor we weren't going to go that direction.
With your help, we did some testing and learned I'm loaded with bromide, which competes in the body with iodine; i.e., I have an iodine deficiency. My doctor never even suggested the very obvious testing your folks advised. We have now embarked on a detox program to get the bromide out and the iodine level back into normal ranges.

Based on the reading material you've referred me to, I am really looking forward to going back to my doctor in three to six months for follow-up tests. I suspect this approach may well normalize the condition - all without killing the thyroid and having to deal with the side effects of conventional medicine's approach.

It is very satisfying to know the RxClub America Health Care network has access to a team of healthcare professionals willing to use a complementary approach in addressing healthcare issues.

Client's comment:

After 3 years of a misdiagnosis of "emphysema", last July my husband was diagnosed with a non-contagious TB. He was put on several medications, which I suspected would cause deficiencies in his body, as well as good we'd hoped it would accomplish. He was very thin, coughing blood, etc.
I contacted PNE and consulted with Mary Ann Spair. I can't adequately express how the encouragement and confidence she imparted to me, gave me hope that replaced despair, as she came alongside us to help us define what his body was lacking and replace the deficiency the medications would cause. We were told by our new doctor that most of the time people with this disease have to be on meds for 2 years to a lifetime. His last sputum showed no TB. He's having many good days now, whereas before, he'd have a good day and then several not so good days. I believe Mary Ann's expertise enhanced the efficiency of the drugs, and although he's not completely out of the woods yet, I know that had it not been for the consultations with Mary Ann, tests she recommended my husband take, and her expertise in knowing how to supply what the tests results showed, he most likely would not be as far along as he is. His color is returning, energy, most of the time. We are anxious to get off the meds, as they cause problems with his eyesight, sensitivity to light and little bumps on his tendons in his hands.  I will be forever thankful to PNE, specifically, Mary Ann.

Client Testimonial & comment

We want to say “Thank You” for all the help and support we received while working with Dr. Joel Adame, D.Ph, R.Ph. My husband is recovering from Adrenal Fatigue. With the tests Joel recommended for my husband, several nutrient deficiencies showed up as well as some toxicities. Since adding the needed supplements and working through detoxing my husband’s energy levels are slowly coming back up again. Changing eating habits, lifestyle, getting more rest, and avoiding stressful situations as much as possible, has helped a great deal in his recovery also.

We are very thankful to have someone who understands both the medical AND the natural side of things. My husband has been able to wean off all his meds except for 1. He is faithfully taking all the supplements recommended. Vitamin C is his favorite!!

He still has a long way to go, but at least he’s headed in the right direction!

As for me, when I suffered with postpartum depression after the birth of our last baby, I had a consultation with Dr. Adame. He was able to help me overcome the depression using supplements instead of using antidepressants. Thank you!
